Customer Care

If there are any discrepancies and you are not satisfied with your salon or spa service please contact us immediately for us to rectify the situation.

We are glad to allow you the opportunity to return to the salon/spa within 24 hrs after your service has been rendered. 

  • Prices may vary depending on the length & thickness of hair, type of service and additional chemical products.

  • NO PETS are allowed in the salon/spa at any time. Please be aware that we will not be held responsible for any damage or loss of any personal belongings. 

  • PARENTS please control your children.

Cancellations & Missed Appointments
  • With common courtesy Da Natural You  will call and confirm all appointments a day prior to all beauty and spa services. Note that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date & time to avoid late arrivals and same day cancellations. We do appreciate 24 hour notice for all cancellations. Please provide our customers with your telephone number & email that is best to contact you. 

  • Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time in order to relax,browse style ideas and enjoy our atmosphere

Credit Card Purchase
  • Personal checks not accepted 

  • We do accept credit cards with a minimum purchase of $15.00

  • All product sales are final.

  • No cash refund in store credit only.

Gift Certificates

Da Natural You honors full service and limited in-store promotions on or before the expiration date. No cash value or refunds. Gift cards will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or expired.
